Prices and Payment
Payments can be made by CHAPS bank, cash and cheque (made payable to JUICE RACK Ltd). Only when the payments have been cleared goods will be dispatched. All goods remain the property of Juice Rack Ltd until they have been paid in full. Minimum order applies and to get discount on purchases the right amount has to be ordered. All our prices are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rates and are correct at the time of entering information. However, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice to you at any time. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If any Goods you have ordered are not available from stock you will be contacted by phone or e-mail (if you have given us details) and you will have the option to wait until the Goods are available from stock or to cancel your order.
Delivery
We only deliver in the mainland UK within. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 10 working days. We aim to deliver between 8 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday. If there any special requirements please let us know at the time of order. If you are not at the premises to accept delivery you are liable to wait up to another 10 working days for second delivery. We cannot deliver any goods to an alternative addresses. Delivery charges are per order and may vary from time to time or depending on area where the goods are to be delivered. Due to the perishable nature of frozen goods, once signed for they are deemed your responsibility. It is your responsibility to check the goods on receipt for any damages or shortages and must be reported to Juice Rack Ltd within 24 Hours of delivery and any longer we will be unable to reimburse for any discrepancies.
Returns and Warranty
Due to the perishable nature of frozen goods, once signed for they are deemed your responsibility. It is your responsibility to check the goods upon receipt. Our electrical products are not sold on a trial basis; we do not offer refunds on any products. All of our electrical products come with a 1 years manufacturers guarantee unless otherwise stated. If any equipment is returned during this period are found to be without faults, or if a fault is caused by damage, negligence, failure to follow operating instructions or misuse, you will be responsible for paying our collection and subsequent delivery costs before goods can be returned to you. In the event of fault caused by accidental damage, misuse or expected wear and tear you will be informed of the cost of repair and after 30 days after purchase the customer is responsible for the cost of returning any faulty equipment.
